Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service aired its latest episode on July 16, focusing on a high-pressure dinner service for chef Anukica.

As her restaurant started filling up quickly, Gordon Ramsay revealed a major surprise: a secret guest who would push the team to their limits.

That guest was Chef Sammy, a semi-finalist from Hell’s Kitchen Season 21 and now a successful chef at a top restaurant in Los Angeles.

Ramsay introduced her as “one of the most prolific chefs” he had worked with and expected her to be “a little bit disruptive.”

Sammy walked in alone and acted like a regular customer, but her presence was strategic. Ramsay wanted to test how Anukica would handle an unexpected challenge during an already hectic service.

Sammy ordered a large number of dishes, including crab dip, crab cakes, fish and chips, lobster roll, crab toast, and scallops, mentioning she planned to take pictures.

Her order was meant to add pressure and see if the kitchen could stay organized under stress. “I just want to see how Anukica handles this,” Ramsay said, adding that he was enforcing the pressure on purpose.

As Sammy settled in, the restaurant started getting busier in Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service. She was greeted by a server named Aaron, who seated her and shared that everything on the menu was new.

Sammy confirmed it was her first time there and quickly began ordering several items. While the staff didn’t yet know her background, they were surprised by the number of dishes she requested.

    Anukica immediately sensed the challenge.

“That single lady ordered like seven things,” she told a team member, unsure whether to prioritize the table.

Ramsay, watching closely, advised the team to put in all the orders and make sure her dishes came out quickly, suggesting she might be a food influencer. The pressure was on.

The kitchen, already working at a fast pace, began to feel overwhelmed. Orders were coming in rapidly, and line cook Elise expressed concerns. “Not that great,” she told Anukica when asked how it was going.

“We should slow it down putting the orders in… The kitchen’s getting a little backed up.”

Elise later asked the front-of-house team to pause sending in tickets for a while so the kitchen could catch up in Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service.

Meanwhile, another staff member noted that Sunny on table three had still not received any food. When someone suggested sending a crab dip to that table, Elise pushed back, saying,

“No, because I don’t know if I need it for another table.”

Tensions started rising as orders piled up, and communication between front and back of house became strained. Ramsay observed the growing problems and commented, “The wheels are falling off, guys.”

Anukica breaks down as service intensifies in Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service

As the evening went on, the kitchen’s issues worsened in Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service. When Ramsay asked if any food was ready for Sammy’s table, the answer was no.

The delays were affecting the pace of service, and it became clear that the team was struggling to manage the situation. Despite trying to stay calm, Anukica began to feel the pressure deeply.

In a quiet moment, she admitted,

“I don’t want to let people down. I don’t want to let the staff down. I don’t want to let my family down. I just don’t want to feel like a failure.”

She broke down in the kitchen, overwhelmed by the fast pace, rising expectations, and lack of control.

Ramsay stepped in to support her.

“You’re doing an amazing job,” he said gently. “I know this is difficult.” As she wiped away tears, he encouraged her to breathe and reminded her that he believed in her ability to lead.

“Remember, I’ve got you, okay? I know you can do this.”

This episode of Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service closed with Anukica trying to pull herself together, determined to keep going.

Ramsay’s support offered her a moment of reassurance, emphasizing that leadership doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly, it also means knowing when to ask for help.
