Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd and Julie Chrisley were found guilty of tax fraud on Tuesday, but the high-profile trial won't be featured on their USA Network reality show.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Chrisley Knows Best is not currently in production, so the trial, which began almost three weeks ago, was not filmed as part of the series. The episodes airing at the end of June, which constitute the second half of Season 9, were filmed before the trial began.

The couple was indicted in August 2019 and pleaded not guilty to federal charges including bank fraud and tax evasion. According to Insider, the Chrisleys were convicted in a federal court in Georgia on Tuesday, with Todd convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and tax fraud; and Julie convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, tax fraud, and wire fraud. They face up to 30 years in prison.

Bruce Morris, an attorney for the Chrisleys, told the Washington Post he was disappointed in the verdict and plans to appeal.

Chrisley Knows Best returns with the second half of Season 9 on June 23 at 9:00 PM on USA Network.
