Fans of Doom Patrol and Harley Quinn were able to watch on DC Universe in ultra HD quality. But HBO Max is intent on streaming in a lower quality, including with Doom Patrol and Harley Quinn. "I spend $15 a month to watch beautifully shot content on my expensive 4K OLED TV, and it streams to me at a lower quality than I get on the nerds-only DC Universe, which costs a full $8 less," says Alex Cranz.
