During Wednesday's interview, Braxton also denied ex-boyfriend David Adefeso's allegations that she was physically abusive. Though she described it as her first attempt, she acknowledged "it's been a lot of dark, hard times." “I'm just going to be 100%. There has been a time where I wanted to, but this was the first time where I’ve actually acted on it," she said, adding that she is in counseling every day.
