Stephen Colbert on President Biden's speech to joint session of Congress: "It hasn't felt that normal in five years"

The Late Show host went live after Biden's first joint sessions of Congress speech, telling viewers: "What did we see tonight? The oldest president of all time ... two hundred people, all in masks. It hasn't felt that normal in five years." He also noted that the U.S. Capitol holds 1600, but the event was pared down to 200. "Still, more than watched the Oscars," he joked.
