Max von Sydow, the legendary Swedish actor who played Game of Thrones' Three-Eyed Raven, dies at 90

Von Sydow, famous for his roles in The Seventh Seal and The Exorcist, appeared in three Season 6 episodes of Game of Thrones as the Three-Eyed Raven, the last greenseer, a human living among the last of the Children of the Forest beyond the Wall. He took over the role from Struan Rodger, who played the Three-Eyed Raven in Season 4. Von Sydow also guest-starred on The Tudors as Cardinal Von Waldburg.
