Judge rules against AMC's claim it can't be held responsble for The Walking Dead stuntman death

AMC had argued that under Georgia law, John Bernecker, a stuntman who fell to his death on the set of The Walking Dead in 2017, assumed the risks of the fall and therefore AMC could not be held liable. A judge rejected the claim and scheduled a trial to begin Dec. 9.
