Jimmy Kimmel and James Corden are returning to taping from home as coronavirus cases surge in Los Angeles County

The Los Angeles-based Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Late Late Show will return tonight from holiday hiatus respectively from Kimmel's house and Corden's garage in response to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health urging the film and TV industry to consider pausing production for a few weeks during the ongoing surge in coronavirus cases throughout the county. Kimmel is expected to film remotely for two weeks, while the length of Corden's remote filming hasn't been revealed. Meanwhile, fellow Los Angeles late-night talk show host Conan O'Brien, who has been doing his show from the Largo comedy club, is off this week.
