House of the Dragon adds four new actors, including Rhys Ifans and Sonoya Mizuno

The Game of Thrones prequel series has cast Ifans as Otto Hightower, The Hand of the King, and Mizuno as Mysaria, a trusted ally of Prince Daemon Targaryen. Joining them are Eve Best as Princess Rhaenys Velaryon and Steve Toussaint as Lord Corlys Velaryon, also known as "The Sea Snake."
