HGTV says Windy City Rehab Season 2 is still in production even after the city of Chicago suspended its stars

Host Alison Victoria has been suspended from filing more work permits after numerous code violations, according to The Wrap. Meanwhile, the city of Chicago has suspended her on-air contractor Donovan Eckhardt's residential real-estate developer license and general contractor license for one year. HGTV responded to the suspensions, telling The Wrap: “Issues related to Windy City Rehab have been carefully reviewed. Appropriate parties are in communication with local building officials and working to resolve any outstanding issues. Season 2 of the series is currently in production.”
