The pandemic has not only been responsible for a surge in TV viewing, but it has also resulted in parents letting their guard down in deciding to watch adult shows such as Emily in Paris and Bridgerton with their kids. "On one hand, the year-long shutdown, with less rushing around, has provided ideal circumstances for serious chats," says Bonnie Miller Rubin. "On the other, there’s a point when even the most progressive parent squirms when confronted with a moaning, breathless roll in the sheets on a 50-inch screen."
