The beloved Cowboys tight end still hasn't confirmed that he'll replace Jon Gruden on Monday Night Football, but the Dallas Morning News reports he's being offered between $4 million to $4.5 million to join the broadcast booth. If he stayed with the Cowboys, he'd make less than $2 million next season.
