Bill O'Reilly's sexual harassment settlements have been made public, revealing how he silenced his accusers

A New York judge denied O'Reilly's request to keep several of the agreements confidential. According to The New York Times, the documents "show that two women who reached settlements, Andrea Mackris and Rebecca Gomez Diamond, were required to turn over all evidence, including audio recordings and diaries, to Mr. O’Reilly. In addition, Ms. Mackris was required to disclaim the materials 'as counterfeit and forgeries' if they ever became public." Diamond, Mackris and Rachel Wittlieb filed a defamation lawsuit, alleging that Fox News, Rupert Murdoch and O'Reilly defamed their character by accusing them of lying.
