All major award shows have been down over the past decade, but the Emmys have seen the worst decline

The Oscars have lost 38% of its viewers since the 2010 ceremony, while the Emmys has fallen a much steeper 49%, according to TVLine. The Grammys have dropped 30% over the past 10 years, while the Tonys have fallen "just" 23% since 2010. The Golden Globes, however, are in much better shape than they were a decade ago. The once-host-less ceremony received a shot in the arm from enlisting hosts: first Ricky Gervais, followed by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.
