The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrested Cole Goldberg on Monday for allegedly trying to strangle Schwitzky when they were on a boat. "He held her down for 20 minutes before she punched his arm to get away," according to People. "She managed to jump off their boat before swimming toward another one in the area. Goldberg also jumped off and tried to keep her underwater."
