Ana de Armas appeared on Good Morning America on May 15 to promote her upcoming film From the World of John Wick: Ballerina, directed by Len Wiseman.

When the 37-year-old actress was asked if she would do any project with Tom Cruise, she confirmed and stated that she would, along with a few projects with directors Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie.

"We're definitely working on a lot of things. Not just one but a few projects with Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie and, of course, Tom. And I'm so excited," the actress said.

According to a May 15 People report, the actress was first seen with Tom Cruise in February 2025. The two actors have been seen together many times since then, but they have not confirmed the dating rumors.

An insider close to Ana De Armas and Tom Cruise claimed the two are allegedly dating

On May 14, an insider told US Weekly that the two actors allegedly started seeing each other in February, and Ana de Armas met Cruise to discuss work-related things. However, they reportedly developed feelings.

The insider stated that the alleged relationship is in the "early stages." They also said that Penelope Cruz, who became friends with Ana de Armas after working together in the 2019 film Wasp Network, seemingly praised the actress in front of Tom Cruise.

For the unversed, Penelope Cruz and Cruise dated from 2001 to 2004; they supposedly remained friends after breaking up.

"It's low-key, still new and in the early stages. Their romance is definitely on the down low. Penelope put in a good word for her both personally and professionally," the insider said.

The insider told the media outlet that the two stars are very private, and the 37-year-old actress plans on taking the alleged relationship slowly as she doesn't want "media scrutiny."

"She isn't looking for anything to move too fast, she's taking it really slow. It's very private, they are protecting themselves from the intense media scrutiny. She doesn't like the public attention," they stated.

Ana de Armas discussed Keanu Reeves' cameo in From the World of John Wick: Ballerina

On April 1, Ana de Armas gave The Hollywood Reporter a brief interview after attending Lionsgate’s CinemaCon presentation. She talked about Keanu Reeves' cameo in her upcoming John Wick film.

The actress said they shot the action scene for three or four days. Calling it "iconic," de Armas stated Reeves was in character and went "full on."

"He just walked in with the John Wick suit on again. It was the first time after John Wick 4, which was a very iconic moment. I’ll never forget that. And then we shot that scene for three or four days, and he was just full on," she said.

The actress continued and stated that their scene kept getting more intricate and longer than it was in the script.

"It was actually longer than we thought, I think, originally in the script. It just kept getting more and more intricate and complicated, and then we found those action moments in between. It became something really special, and it was a good setup for that relationship," Ana de Armas said.

From the World of John Wick: Ballerina will release in the theatres on June 6, 2025.
