The Facts of Life is the latest classic NBC comedy poised for a reboot

Jessica Biel and Leonardo DiCaprio's separate production companies are in talks to reboot the 1980s classic sitcom sitcom set in an all-girls boarding school, a spinoff of Diff'rent Strokes that aired on NBC from 1979 to 1988. The Facts of Life is the third classic NBC sitcom in the past two weeks in which plans were revealed for a potential reboot. A potential Frasier reboot was revealed on Monday of last week and an ALF reboot was revealed two days ago. According to Deadline, The Facts of Life reboot is still seeking a writer. Sony Pictures TV will be working with DiCaprio's production company, Appian Way, on the reboot along with Biel's production company, Iron Ocean Films.
