Tales of the Walking Dead crew member injured in after-hours on-set accident

A crew member was hospitalized Tuesday night after falling into the water at the AMC series' filming location at Stone Mountain Park near Atlanta. The crew member is believed to be in stable condition. This is the second accident in as many weeks to occur on a Walking Dead series. Last month, Norman Reedus was hospitalized with a concussion after an on-set accident on The Walking Dead.
