Fairplay, whose real name is Jon Dalton, was arrested along with his mom for larceny last week after the daughter of his grandma Jean Cook accused them of taking advantage of Cook, who has severe dementia. Fairplay famously lied about his grandma dying when he competed on Survivor: Pearl Islands in 2003.
