Survivor's Johnny Fairplay no longer facing larceny charges after he was accused of stealing from his late grandmother

TMZ reports the case was dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Fairplay and his mother were arrested and charged with grand larceny last December after his aunt accused them of stealing from his late grandmother -- the same grandmother whom Fairplay claimed to have died on Survivor. Fairplay says the aunt was disgruntled. Charges were also dismissed against his mom.
