Sacha Baron Cohen is set to join Alfonso Cuarón's Apple TV+ thriller Disclaimer

The Oscar-nominated Cohen is in talks to co-star with Oscar winners Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline in Oscar winner Cuarón's Apple's series adaptation of the Renee Knight novel of the same name. Cohen's role is being kept under wraps. Disclaimer would mark Cohen's first dramatic TV role since playing notorious former Mossad agent Eli Cohen on Netflix's The Spy in 2019. In Disclaimer, according to Deadline, "Blanchett plays Catherine Ravenscroft, a successful and respected television documentary journalist whose work has been built on revealing the concealed transgressions of long-respected institutions. When an intriguing novel written by a widower, played by Kline, appears on her bedside table, she is horrified to realize she is a key character in a story that she had hoped was long buried in the past, one that reveals her darkest secret."
