Rob Lowe reteams with youngest son John Owen Lowe for Netflix's Unstable comedy

The father-son duo co-created Unstable with Victor Fresco, creator of Better Off Ted and Santa Clarita Diet. Unstable follows an introverted son who goes to work for his wildly eccentric father in order to save him from disaster. The show is inspired by how John Owen trolls his dad on social media. This is the latest collaboration for the father and son. John Owen co-starred with his dad on A&E's The Lowe Files, guest-starred on Rob Lowe's Fox comedy The Grinder and serves as a writer and story editor on his dad's Fox series 9-1-1: Lone Star.
