New Zealand to allow TV and movie productions to restart, paving the way for Lord of the Rings to resume filming

Some film and TV shoots “are already safely underway,” the New Zealand Film Commission says after the country largely contained the coronavirus outbreak. Meanwhile, the Czech Republic says it is ready for TV and film production to restart production, allowing Amazon's Carnival Row and Marvel’s The Falcon And The Winter Soldier to resume filming.
