Fargo alum Freeman and Girls vet Karpovsky will recur in the limited series on Los Angeles billboard icon Angelyne, played by Emmy Rossum. Freeman has been cast as the owner of a printing company who partnered with Angelyne on her billboards. Karpovsky will play The Hollywood Reporter journalist who broke the story on Angelyne's past.
