The Tiger King star wants a judge to order the DOJ to send his pardon application to the president, who is leaving office in a month. “Joe Exotic requests that the Court issue an order compelling Defendant to promptly provide the President of the United States with notice of Joe Exotic’s petition for pardon,” states the lawsuit, which was officially filed Wednesday in the Northern District of Texas.
