Grey's Anatomy's Kelly McCreary talks about her character's "great opportunity" in this week's episode

McCreary, who plays Meredith Grey's half-sister Maggie, says: “I hope that every week, Maggie is a reinforcement of the fact that (black women) belong in any space that we want to be in. We belong despite people’s efforts to keep people out or feel unworthy of being there."
