Game of Thrones alum Bella Ramsey to star in HBO's The Last of Us

The 17-year-old actress known for her breakout role as Lyanna Mormont on Game of Thrones will play Ellie, a 14-year-old orphan "who has never known anything but a ravaged planet who struggles to balance her instinct for anger and defiance with her need for connection and belonging … as well as the newfound reality that she may be the key to saving the world," per The Hollywood Reporter. The Last of Us is being written by Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann, the writer and creator of the game.
