Don Lemon bursts into tears on his CNN show while discussing Chris Cuomo's coronavirus diagnosis

“I said I wasn’t going to do this,” Lemon said as he wiped away tears at the top of his CNN Tonight with Don Lemon show Tuesday night. “He’s probably at home laughing at me,” the host joked before explaining how close he is with his CNN colleague. “Chris and I are really good friends, we live near each other,” he said, adding: “Anyway, he’s not here, and we have this great relationship. He’s going to be fine, we have been talking all day and we are texting and he’s like, ‘People are treating me like I’m dying, I’m not dying.'"
