CNN threatens legal action over Project Veritas' intention to release an editorial call between CNN President Jeff Zucker and his network’s senior leadership

James O'Keefe, the founder of the far-right activist group, previewed the release in a tweet Tuesday morning, alleging that he has tapes of two months of Zucker-led meetings. CNN's PR Twitter account responded directly to the tweet, writing: "Legal experts say this may be a felony. We‘ve referred it to law enforcement."
