Titled We the People and premiering on Netflix on the Fourth of July, the 10-episode series of three-minute musical shorts covers a range of basic U.S. civics lessons in not-so-basic ways. Created by Doc McStuffins creator Chris Nee, We the People will feature the music of H.E.R., Brandi Carlile and Andra Day, among others, plus performances from Janelle Monáe, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Adam Lambert, Cordae, Bebe Rexha, Kristen Anderson-Lopez, Robert Lopez, Daveed Diggs and Brittany Howard.
