AMC greenlights vampire horror drama NOS4A2, based on the novel by Stephen King's son Joe Hill

Pronounced "Nosferatu," NOS4A2 is named after the license plate for a vampire's car. Hill compares the series, based on his 2013 book, to his dad's novel It. “Everything I know about writing, I learned from my dad — if I didn’t learn it from my mom first,” he said. “NOS4A2, in some ways, is a horror story about horror stories in the way It is a horror story about horror stories.”
