Popular TikToker and streamer Justin Guzman turned himself in over the Houston Galleria garage shooting. On June 3, 2025, Houston Police Department officers arrived at the Houston Galleria garage at Westheimer Road and found veteran Anthony Sanders injured. The 30-year-old man was shot multiple times. He was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The officers found a black Chrysler 300 nearby, and three men were questioned and let go. On June 25, 2025, Marko Cinan, a friend of the TikToker, was arrested. The 23-year-old was charged with murder and was put on a $1 million bond, as per ABC's July 1, 2025, report.

After Cinan's arrest, Justin Guzman turned himself in on Monday (June 30, 2025). The content creator's bond is $750,000. After a court hearing on Tuesday, his attorney, Romy Kaplan, told the media outlet that Guzman reportedly shot the veteran out of self-defence, and Sanders allegedly approached them with a gun.

Anthony Sanders' family was present at the court hearing on July 1, 2025. His fiancée claimed the boys allegedly made inappropriate remarks to her, and Sanders reportedly tried to confront them.

Ronyel Sanders, Anthony Sanders' mother, told ABC that his son got into a disagreement; however, he was supposedly trying to leave when he was attacked. Frank Sanders, the father of Sanders, stated that they will fight for justice and also bring awareness to the crimes in Houston.

"We're here for justice, justice for Anthony and also to stand for what he stood for as a person, and also to bring awareness to what's going on in today's society here in Houston. This was uncalled for," the father of the Marine veteran stated.

The news of the TikToker turning himself in has gone viral, as the clip was reuploaded on X by the user @FearedBuck and has garnered over 25,000 likes and 1,200 reuploads.
