White House officially hires Bill Shine, the former Fox News executive accused of facilitating sexual harassment

Shine, who was ousted from Fox News in May 2017 amid a sexual harassment scandal, will serve as deputy chief of staff for communications, the White House announced today. Shine was named in at least three lawsuits against Fox News, accusing him of being former Fox boss Roger Ailes' enforcer who allegedly facilitated and covered up a climate of workplace sexual harassment.
