Was Melissa Joan Hart jealous of Salem the Cat on Sabrina the Teenage Witch?

Nick Bakay, who voiced the snarky black cat Salem Saberhagen on the ABC "TGIF" comedy, tells Vanity Fair that one of the cat's human co-stars was jealous of all the attention lavished on Salem. He didn't mention any names, but Hart has previously said that she hated working with cats on set.
