Uzo Aduba to lead HBO's In Treatment reboot

The Emmy-winning Orange Is the New Black and Mrs. America vet will play the empathetic therapist Dr. Brooke Lawrence in what will be the fourth season of In Treatment. The reimagined series will focus on a diverse group of patients, with production expected to begin soon with an eye toward a 2021 premier. The original In Treatment aired for three seasons from 2008 to 2010 with Gabriel Byrne and Dianne Wiest playing therapists. Aduba is coming off an Emmy win for playing Shirley Chisholm in Mrs. America.
