Thurman will lend her voice to The Way Up – Chris Long & The Waterboys, a two-hour documentary airing Dec. 28 about Philadelphia Eagles' defensive end Chris Long -- son of Fox NFL Sunday's Howie Long -- as he brings attention to the water crisis in Tanzania. Long, who has been part of the last two Super Bowl-winning teams (the Eagles and New England Patriots), made headlines for donating his entire salary last season.
