U.S. Supreme Court agrees to hear Byron Allen's racial discrimination lawsuit against Charter and Comcast

Allen's Entertainment Studios sued both companies in 2016, accusing them of racial discrimination in not carrying the company's TV networks. The suit was filed two years before Allen's company purchased the Weather Channel.
