Tommy's Vladimir Caamaño is TV's "best-dressed dude"

"The first time I saw a script, one of the first lines was that he dresses in a Dapper Dan fashion — the famous Harlem designer," says the actor, who plays an LAPD detective on the CBS drama. "When I read that, I thought, 'This guy knows what a hem is.' And as the show goes on, you can tell the wardrobe is definitely 'digging in the crates.'"
