The Weather Channel decides not to name a winter storm after Stephen Colbert

In March, the cable channel said it would name its third winter storm of the season “Colbert” after The Late Show host complained that “The Weather Channel has no authority to name anything.” But The Weather Channel released its names of winter storms this week, and “Colbert” is not on it.
