Goggins and Miller are among five new cast members added to the drama series based on novel of the same name by Walter Mosley starring Samuel L. Jackson and Dominique Fishback. They'll be joined by Marsha Stephanie Blake, Damon Gupton and Cynthia Kaye McWilliams.
