The Moodys releases its Season 2 trailer as producers explain why it's not sticking with the holidays

The Moodys returns for Season 2 on April 1 after premiering on Fox in December 2019 as a Christmas comedy series. “We wanted to be able to do episodes throughout the year and we didn’t want to have to be creatively tied to Christmas every time,” said executive producer Bob Fisher at the TV press tour. “We’re not saying we’ll never tie stuff to holidays, but we wanted to be able to just do different kinds of stories throughout the year.”
