The Kauai Police Department in Hawaii said it is investigating after Laura Kaepeller Fleiss, who is pregnant, accused him of attacking her in a restraining order request. The restraining order was granted on Tuesday in Los Angeles County. Warner Bros., which produces The Bachelor franchise, gave the following statement to The Hollywood Reporter: "We are aware of these serious allegations, and are looking into them."
