Thandie Newton confirms she, too, will receive equal pay for Westworld Season 3

“They’re all happening right now, and yeah, we’re all equal across the board,” Newton said following Evan Rachel Wood statement saying she would be receiving equal pay with the HBO drama's male stars. “It’s really exciting. It’s unprecedented. It’s—goodness; it shatters so much calcified pain, resentment, frustration. It just shatters it.” Newton says HBO's decision to ensure pay equality has inspired her to only work on projects in the future with a similar pay philosophy. “I wouldn’t do anything if it didn’t.
