Stephen Colbert's animated Tooning Out the News gets a CBS All Access premiere date

Colbert's new animated series, launching March 16, "will be led by anchor James Smartwood, who will mock the news and interview real-world guests, newsmakers and analysts in daily five- to seven-minute segments, followed by a weekly full episode available every Friday," according to Deadline. Tooning Out the News will feature interviews with real guests, including Alan Dershowitz, Rep. Barbara Lee and former presidential candidate Eric Swalwell.
