Star Trek: The Next Generation cast reuniting for Star Trek: Picard's third and final season

LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn, Jonathan Frakes, Gates McFadden, Marina Sirtis and Brent Spiner will join Patrick Stewart for Season 3 of his Paramount+ series. Season 3 has also been confirmed as the final season of Picard. This won't be the first reunion of Star Trek: TNG stars on Picard, but it will be the most full-fledged. Spiner has played several characters on Picard, including his original role of the android Data. Frakes and Sirtis appeared in a memorable Season 1 episode as William T. Riker and Deanna Troi. And Whoopi Goldberg reprised her role as Guinan in the Season 2 premiere. This will mark the first time the main TNG cast -- including Burton as Geordi La Forge, Dorn as Worf, and McFadden as Dr. Beverly Crusher -- has performed on screen together since the 2002 feature film Star Trek: Nemesis.
