Several Last Chance U stars have been disciplined for sexual misconduct

An investigation by USA Today Network found that the Netflix reality show regularly featured community college players disciplined for sex offenses -- something that is never mentioned on the show. Four players who were disciplined for sexual misconduct were on the 2017 Independence Community College team. Former Independence coach Jason Brown says all four players were vetted and that he believed they were innocent, adding that he's turned away other players with sex offenses. “I would have let them babysit my daughter any day,” he said.
