Sarah Wayne Callies to star on NBC's Council of Dads along with J. August Richards and Michele Weaver

Prison Break and Colony alum Callies will lead the drama pilot, playing the mom/stepmom of a family who organizes a group of specially chosen friends as a "council" to help after her husband is diagnosed with a terminal disease. Weaver, coming off of Love Is_, will play the eldest child, while Richards will take on the role of a doctor on the council.
