Samsung's ad-supported TV Plus free streaming service is now available to everybody

The electronics maker's streaming service, which is available on the web, includes 140 streaming channels, from Vice to ABC News Live to PBS Kids. Samsung first launched TV Plus in 2016 for owners of its smart TVs. But now the service, which will compete with free streaming services like Pluto TV and Tubi, is available to people who don't own Samsung TV sets.
