Sabrina, the Teenage Witch creator Nell Scovell has penned a memoir of her experience as a female writer on NCIS, Letterman, Newhart and many other shows

Scovell’s book, Just the Funny Parts…and a Few Hard Truths about Sneaking into the Hollywood Boys’ Club, will detail her career writing for many famous TV shows, also including The Simpsons, Murphy Brown, Charmed and Coach. In 2009, Scovell detailed in Vanity Fair about being one of the few women writing for Late Night with David Letterman, and how there was a “hostile, sexually charged atmosphere.”
