Breuer likened vaccine requirements at comedy venues to a seal doing tricks. “It’s like feeding the seal the fish. Hey you wanna, you wanna come see a concert?” he said. Breur then lifted up a pad of paper and proceeded to make seal noises. “Ohr! Ohr! Ohr! You wanna–here, catch the fish. Why would you do that?”
